second story addition: added three bedrooms and two full
baths, including master suite; remodeled first floor:
remodeled two bedrooms, one bathroom, and extended
family room. The house went from 1,500 to 3,200 square
feet.
San Mateo: kitchen and family room
addition; added 600 square feet.
San Carlos:
added garage from foundation to finish; 525 square
feet.
Menlo Park: remodeled master bedroom,
